ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE - Step 1

  1. Please answer all questions on the application. There is a $125.00 non-refundable fee that will be billed to your credit card to submit the application online.
  2. To complete the application, a copy of your child's birth certificate, family photograph and a short note about your child must be sent to the Admissions Office.
  3. After you have submitted the required material, please call the Admissions Office after September 25th to set up a virtual school tour.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This application is a request for admission. It becomes binding upon the undersigned when the applicant has been formally admitted by the School, the non-refundable, non-transferable tuition deposit of $5,000.00 has been paid and the contract is returned. When the tuition deposit of $5,000 is received, a child is enrolled and his/her placement will be reserved for the entire school year.
    No deduction from the school year's fees can be made because of absence
    or for those who give up their place at any time during the year.
  • York Avenue Preschool reserves the right to exclude any pupil temporarily or permanently at any time, if the Director and the President deem such action advisable, either in the best interest of the pupil or the school.
  • A parent's obligation is outlined in the enrollment agreement which is sent upon admission. A Parent Handbook is reviewed annually and mailed out to all families enrolled in the School.
